There is nothing worse then having to wait weeks for an order to arrive.
We have a service standard by where ALL orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment clearing
or the next business day if a postal run has been missed.
If for some reason we can't meet this service standard, rest assured that we will keep you in the loop
at all times.

IMPORTANT! All clothing items are beautifully packaged - we don't just throw the clothing in the bag!

Postage in Australia
- Clothing items posted within Australia are charged at a flat rate of $8.50 (inc postage, handling & packaging)
- Clothing items are posted via express post (ensures a tracking number for follow up)
- Clothing orders over $150 are shipped free of charge
- Larger items such as toys up to a weight of 10kg are charged via cubic measurements. At the time of check out you will be able to enter your destination postcode to obtain a quote.
- Large items over 10kgs are posted via a courier
At Mamma Bellah Kids we understand that shopping on the internet is
quite different then actually
walking into a store, looking at the garment or item and being able to touch it therefore we do have
a flexible Returns and Exchanges policy.
Once you receive your order, should it turn out to be different to your expectations (the wrong size, a different
colour) or if you just don't like it, you can return it to us and exchange it for something else of equal value or
obtain a credit note valid for 3 months.*
* Postage is covered by you the client (buyer of the item).
Mamma Bellah Kids will only accept returns for exchanges or a credit note under the following
conditions:

- Clothing items must be unworn, in brand new condition with swing tickets attached to the garment
- A copy of the receipt must be attached to the item
- Item must be returned to MBK within 10 days of purchase
- Credit note or exchange will only be issued once MBK has returned item
- You must contact MBK first (via email only) requesting an exchange or credit note, MBK will then issue you with a 'Return Authority Number' (RAN)
- Under no circumstance will returns ofr exchange or credit note be accepted without an RAN
