Purchasing items from Mamma Bellah Kids is easy and safe! We have two options available;
1] Via the website - quick and easy, simply select the item or items you require, proceed to the
checkout and follow the steps for payment. Once your sale has been finalised and email
confirmation will be sent to you with your order details.
2] Send us an email to sales@mammabellahkids.com.au specifying the item, colour and size if
clothing and we will contact you within 24 hours to finalise your sale.
It is important that you check the order confirmation. If there are errors or you have selected the
wrong item please contact us immediately.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD$)
Mamma Bellah Kids reserves the right to change the prices of items if necessary without notice.
Prices quoted on our site are based on Sydney metro prices.
Payments
Our preferred method of payment is via Paypal - its secure and best of all none of your financial information
is sent thru to us!
However, we understand that not everyone may be comfortable with using the internet for payments
therefore as part of our easy shopping process we have created a flexible payment environment to suit
your individual needs.
We accept the following payments for orders;
Important: Items where payment has not been received by 7 days will be returned to stock and your
order cancelled.
We do not send payment reminders either - its is your responsibility to ensure that goods a paid for
in full by the 7 day deadline.
Dispatch of goods
Goods purchased will only be sent after your payment has cleared in our account.
Product Availability
All stock displayed on our site is subject to availability.
From time to time there may be an instance where items listed as 'in stock' may infact be out of
stock.
In the instance that this happens we will;
There will also be some products from certain ranges which will need to be ordered and paid for first
and we will then need to order the item from our wholesaler for you. This will generally apply to the
much larger and bulky out door type items, play gyms, cubby houses and go carts.
This will be specified in the item description and we will contact you with a delivery time frame and

We will make every effort to keep the site updated on a daily basis however we can not be held
responsible for items that my be discontinued by the manufacturers.
Product Colours & Descriptions
In order to make items look presentable on the website we need to use Photoshop technology.
We do not alter the colours of the garments, the only changes we make is to the background of the
clothing.
We will not be held responsible if your monitor shows colours differently to ours.
